Abbie Cornish (born 7 August 1982) is an Australian actress. Cornish is well known for her role in film as Heidi in Somersault (2004) Fanny Brawne in Bright Star (2009) Sweet Pea in Sucker Punch (2011) Lindy in Limitless (2011) Clara Murphy in RoboCop (2014) as Sarah as Sarah in Geostorm (2017) and also for her work with filmmaker Martin McDonagh in Seven Psychopaths (2012) and The Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017). Cornish made up a group of actors who won a Screen Actors Guild Award for Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, MO (2017). Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, who starred in Adventureland and The Mothman Prophecies among other films, was her dad. Ann McDonough played the mother. Betty Gilpin was able to take the decision to be an actor because of the affection and support that she was given by her parents. Fordham College was her first selection when it was time to enter the college of her dreams. The college was where she learned to be a master of her art. Gilpin was still auditioning for films and television roles and also appeared in Off Broadway stage plays. The actress was invited to guest star in the show on NBC called Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2001-2011) and then followed that up with small roles on Ghost Town (2008) and The Northern Kingdom (2009). Gilpin landed mostly TV guest appearances in subsequent years. However, her big break came in 2013 when she was cast as the main character on Nurse Jackie. In the role of Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin appeared in 34 episodes in the show until Nurse Jackie ended its run in June of 2015. Gilpin appeared in True Story, a thriller that has a mystery component.
