Jessica Ellen Cornish, popularly referred to as Jessie J, is a well-known English artist and singer. The singer is well-known for her distinctive music style, which mixes soul-soul vocals, pop electropop, and hip-hop, Jessie garnered much fame early on. Jessie has also won numerous nominations and awards, such as the 2011 'Critics' Choice Brit Awards' and the BBC's Sound of 2011.' Her professional career started at the young age of 11 when she was cast in 'Whistle Down the Wind,' an original musical composed that was written by English composer Andrew Lloyd Webber. Then, she was a part of the 'National Youth Music Theatre and was a part of the production by the theater 'The Late Sleepers,' which was first performed in 2002. The singer became famous in 2011 with her debut studio album 'Who You Are,' which was released on February 28. It was an instant success. In just the first week it sold 105,000 copies in the UK and 34,000 copies in the US. It debuted at #2 on the UK Albums Chart and number 11 on US Billboard 200.
